Daniela Verwilligen is the founder and driving force behind ZR-Company.
With her roots in Romania and broad international experience, she brings a unique combination of culture, organizational talent and connecting power.
After years of living and working in Zeeland, Romania and the United States, Daniela has built up a strong international network.
She developed deep insights into what teams need to grow together and collaborate successfully.
With a lot of experience as an entrepreneur at ZR-Company, Daniela knows how important personal attention is. She believes that people can only really flourish when they feel seen, heard and appreciated.
At ZR-Company, people are central: with an eye for detail and genuine commitment, we create impactful team days and tailor-made training courses together.

Joost Schuijs has been an entrepreneur for more than 25 years.
In those years he learned one important lesson: people are the success factor within every organization. This belief fits perfectly with the vision of ZR-Company, where everything revolves around development, connection and cooperation between people.
