During this activity, your team will take on the challenge together on a sailing boat – often as the perfect ending to an inspiring morning about personal development, collaboration, or communication.

Under the guidance of an experienced sailing instructor, you’ll learn the basics of sailing and work together to keep the boat running smoothly. Everyone has a role on board, and cooperation is essential to move forward.

Sailing requires not only action but also listening, complementing each other’s strengths, and adapting to changing situations. Stronger and weaker points naturally come to light – without it feeling heavy or preachy. That’s exactly why sailing is such a powerful and at the same time relaxing form of team building.

Do you need sailing experience?
No – and that’s the beauty of it. Learning something new together helps you discover strengths in yourself and others that you might not see in the office. The insights you gain on the water can be carried over into everyday collaboration.

Relaxing company outing: enjoying the Oosterschelde

The Oosterschelde, the largest national park in the Netherlands, is the perfect backdrop for a relaxed sailing day with colleagues. ZR-Company organizes complete sailing days, including snacks, drinks, and – if you wish – an extensive lunch, dinner, or barbecue at a restaurant on shore.
